Might be a game-changer if he were able to get some meds for his ADHD - it was for me! Perhaps next time he sees a psychiatrist he can ask about that? Or even search for a psychiatrist who specialises in ADHD who might be better equipped to ensure it's the right meds. 

Not at all surprised @Shaz51 you are doing so much for him. You need rest and time to yourself too - have you been taking it?

Nice one @Shaz51 word games is good for the brain! Have you got any creative endeavours you could carve out some time for? Or maybe take yourself for a little walk in a nice, quiet patch of nature.

Have to wear a mask as mum had influenza in hospital and now has a bad cough

Different day today , soo much better than yesterday,  for the last week it has been not so good 🙃

I'm glad today is better for you at least. 

I had to go to a funeral this morning. My sister-in-law's dad passed away suddenly last week. It was a nice service.

Oh and my husband bought me a new coffee machine my bday so I started the day with a great coffee - froth and all! It's the little thing isn't it....also my daughter made me the most gorgeous little photo album with pics of us all. She's so clever with her hands. I just loved it. How did you know it was my birthday???!!!
