@Bow might there be something small that you can do for yourself to get you out of bed, even if it's just for a little bit.
I hear that sitting in bed for so long can cause those scary thoughts to become louder so I wonder if you could set a goal of getting up to make yourself a tea, or having a stretch, or any little thing that you feel might be helpful. What do you think?

I had a psych appointment today. It’s hard having only fortnightly appointments and the expectation that I mostly continue the work that I am doing in my schema group. While it is helpful to go over it and all, there is other stuff. I’m not ok at the moment. A lot of intense SI.
