Have been doing liver/kidney detox this spring and feeling a lot better. Woke up feeling good.

My blue glass solar water is great for digestion as you tend to get backed up with diabetes, sorry tmi. If the supply chains for psyllium/flaxseed/wheatgrass go down I will have my blue glass solar water! Saw it online that blue solar water can treat constipation but was a bit dismissive. But I've been without extra fibre for ages now - this thing works!

Never thought much of chromatography until now

It saves me quite a bit each month on fibre products. "Motion Potion" in a blue glass bottle fully endorsed by The Smiling Gecko Spa Retreat and Resort!!!

About to make some eggplant dip to freeze so I can make eggplant sizzles for breakfast as a standby.
