hi
I lost some of my funding for psychology appointments and am trying to find leads on affordable alternatives. The specific leads I am chasing are group therapy services and support groups, and self-compassion tools and skills.
I found this listing but it is for a program that will not resume until 2026.
https://www.diverseandthriving.com.au/group-therapy
I am hoping for pointers to psychology practices and support groups that might offer educational courses or ongoing group therapy, accessible online or in south-east Qld locations.
Hoping to learn about self-compassion.
