Hi @APS45 and welcome to the forums
One helpful resource for finding services near you is Health Direct. You can use their service finder here.
Another option is to talk to your gp about this and discuss a potential referral to a service near you. Do you have a good GP who you could talk to about this?

Sorry, I don’t know either. Have you had a hospital stay before? I reckon they’d be the best people to ask. @APS45
I know people who have had TMS, but that was inpatient stays. Hope you find what you are looking for.

And I believe they had TMS for depression and not OCD.

I know your post is a few weeks old, but in case it still helps @APS45, TMS is definitely available in NSW as an Outpatient, however I am not sure if it is available for OCD or only MDD.
I had TMS last year as an Outpatient for MDD, ended up not doing it in NSW but one of the places I had a pre-treatment eligibility assessment with was in Sydney.
I hope you've been able to find out whether or not anywhere can do it for OCD. Your GP may be able to help with knowing whether you can get Medicare rebates or not; you can for Treatment Resistent Depression with a referral.

Thanks very much for your reply, @AlwaysMyself
You mentioned having TMS as an outpatient. I assume that was ordinary TMS? I'm keen to know if DEEP TMS is available for OCD on an outpatient basis in NSW.

I did notice you specified "deep" TMS, but when I googled that term the results didnt seem to distinguish between "deep" and any other.
I am very curious though what "deep" TMS is and how it is different from standard TMS - if you are happy to share/explain for me @APS45 ?🙂
Part of the reason im interested is I had an usual adverse reaction to the TMS, it somehow stimulated areas it was not meant to be targeting?! I had to stop after a few weeks.
