This is a bullet journal @tyme  you have yearly pages set up like this one for a variety of things, depends what you want to track. (Anxiety, mood, sleep, shower, weather, appointments, step tracker, hydration)

 

you can also have fun pages like books you’ve read, tv series and movies

 

and then you have monthly pages, for me this includes a monthly cover page, a line a day, thankfulness, and habit tracker.

 

 

 

 

I try to remember to do it every day. It’s a lot of work to set up initially for all the yearly pages, but it’s actually something that I enjoy. And then you just need to do the monthly pages a few days before the start of the next month. But I’ve gone and done all of them, just had a couple of pages for December to do. 

my psych likes it, I take it in every session and it’s a good way for her to check in with me.

I’m taking the tiger one to hospital @Bow. It’s should help with the down

time. 

I was looking at the watering can today. I’m going to build it then pull it apart

and build the bird. I love birds. That’s why i pulled the dragon apart and remade it into the bird.

I also saw that there are some more flower ones coming as well.

Yes there’s 2 new flower sets coming out 1st august @Captain24  they look good
