Warning ⚠️ Long answer: Have you ever seen a house that has so much wrong with it, that you don’t know where to start?

The fixtures look like they were stolen from a 1980s public swimming pool.

Skirting boards, that don’t match the door trim or there’s no trim.

Doors that can’t lock because plate where the door latches is gone.

No concept of texture. No idea of functional design.

Who puts carpet tiles on, what should be, a mezzanine floor.

Why use metal inside, when the whole exterior is metal.

Front entry paving so that the water pools and floods inside. I built drainage right around the house and moved the stupid bricks he used for paving and put in drainage rock.

Don’t get me started on lighting and the ridiculous amount of power points and 0  power points in the bathroom 🤦🏼‍♀️

A farm that doesn’t have a compost bin. What the hell is going on there. I built two compost bins at my son’s house out of five hard wood pallets in 15 minutes.

I’ve patched ceilings, walls and plasterboard joins. Finishing the last wall repair today.
