I am a fat slob, dole bludging idiot who does not deserve to be alive, i am a wast of space and a burden to society, people hate me for being a dole bludger and they see me as a threat to their way fo life. 😞

Thought : I can't handle anything I'm not good enough

Consequence feel like a failure , anxious haven't don't enough or as well as I should have ??

OOhhh good question @Shimmer, so going back to the table below: I think I am jumping to conclusions  and mind reading, as well as labelling with my unhelpful thoughts.

Thanks for sharing some of those thoughts @Jacques. I imagine that saying some of those things to yourself (or hearing them from others) could be very hurtful and distressing. What do you think are the impacts on your emotions? And do you recognise any unhelpful thinking styles from the sheet in those thoughts?

Yes @Shimmer, i can identify with all of the labels on the work sheet, i do take everything out of proportion, i over generalise, everything is all or nothing and i so catastrophes everything

i have come to accept these things over many years, in some ways i know it is untrue but i keep telling myself that all of society see me this way. not just mums friends and family
