It's okay to be tired after dealing with so much, sometimes it can be helpful to put it down for a few minutes and try do something that can take your mind off of the chaos @outlander
Is there something that might be good for you to do tonight that could take your mind off of today for a couple minutes?
I always like to envision that I can pick my problems back up afterwards, but I am just going to set them down for 5 minutes to do a meditation/ breathing/ watch something/ read/ cook etc.
I hope that might be helpful for you too

It certainly isn't whinging @outlander you have a very valid reason. Sometimes it is good to 'get it out' too. Sometimes that can help.

Not cooking sounds like a good idea @outlander We just had a lasagna I brought from the supermarket. Just had to heat it up!!
An early nights sleep might be beneficial for you hon. You have been through a lot today and that affects us mentally and physically.

I'm lucky that my family are not picky. I can serve them almost anything and they will eat it.
