Re: checking in

Yes, you responded 🙂

4 hours is better then what I thought you were going to say, at least @Lee71 . I'm glad to hear.

My night was again not the best but you know how it apparently takes 21 days to make a new habit...it's probably that.

Re: checking in

I'm sorry you're night wasn't good @NatureLover

Am very glad you're around right now

Re: checking in

Are things pretty horrific right now?  @Lee71

Re: checking in

@NatureLover  yes they are.  Have been since last night,  hence why I went to the help line.

Still though last night I did something bad.

Not sure I am allowed to say, will have to look at the guidelines again.  I read them and 5 mins later I've forgotten, just how my mind is

Re: checking in

I understand how your mind can't retain anything with severe depression, mine was the same.

You're not allowed to mention self harm methods, but you can say you self harmed (SH).

I'm very sorry that things are so horrific at the moment 😥  @Lee71

Re: checking in

It's not just right now I can't retain any memory, some things I remember the rest is bits  and pieces or nothing at all. Hours, months years all gone

And yes I did sh.

I'm really sorry to hear this, Lee...

I SH'd all through my 3 years of severe depression. And I would be surprised if you didn't SH, after a lifetime of trauma. 😞  @Lee71  It seems to be very common with traumatic backgrounds, sadly.

Re: checking in

@NatureLover  it's been months since I have done it   and now it's hard to think about anything else.

As I said, I'm really glad you're here right now
