Hey @Naynay88 that is great to hear you are getting more supported and getting more strategies to manage what's happening. 

I also was a bit concerned when you said 'one of us would have killed each other'. This could be speaking pretty metaphorically so don't mind me if I've misunderstood. 

If you ever notice that part of the behaviours you experience are around control or make you feel unsafe, please reach out to 1800 RESPECT, they support people in a relationship where there is abuse. Even if there is a mental health issue it doesn't excuse misusing power and control in a relationship.

I think for so long I just couldn't make sense of what was happening and I didn't know how to not trigger him. I have learnt so much through this page that is helping me to cope and avoid it escalating.
