Hey@Bow!My Saturday has been alright, just chillin mostly 😉

Mm it's an ongoing struggle, figuring out how n when to disclose stuff - I totally get ya hun. Definitely good to bring it up! And maybe also letting em know you struggle to express yourself as much when on telehealth, so they need to be aware they may not be getting full picture? Food for thought.

Chilling is most definitely a good way to spend a Saturday @Jynx ! I had a rather busy day… lots of errands this morning. 

hmm yep… ongoing issue. Just so hard to be real and honest. My SW is more open to reading stuff I write. She will be at this appointment. I can write something down. Share with her. And she can then prompt me or even bring it up if need be. 

he only started on all the meds tonight. 5 of them! Got the medicine cup out… 3 pills and 2 syringe meds. Some are just for a few days, another for a week. One for flare ups and then his purrr zac!

@Bow oh my, well since I have all sorts of errands to run tomorrow, does that mean YOU get to have a chill Sunday? Totally how it works, right? 😋

Your SW really does an amazing job hey! If ever you're trying to work out what you like from your supports, just write a list of everything she does that you like and there's your standard to measure by!

Oh my stars that is gonna be rough to administer every night! Like you'll find a rhythm n routine I'm sure, but gee whizz! Poor lil guy, I hope he has a swift recovery with this med regime! Haha Purr zac has reminded me of this meme actually 🤣

We have market tomorrow and then in the afternoon I plan to do absolutely nothing. I will crawl into bed and snuggle up and rest @Jynx 

she really does @Jynx  im so very grateful that she is on my support team. She is just very busy! They are under staffed and really need to employ some more workers. But yes, she is amazing. 

I’ll try a different approach tomorrow, cause most of these meds are for anxiety… and giving them to him causes so much anxiety! Mum did it differently when I was in hospital so I’ll try that. 
haha…. Yes, some of these meds make Jaffa sleepy…. And sometimes he fights it and watching him walking around all groggy is funny.

@Bow yaaaaay, sounds choice! And I will hopefully be able to do the same once I'm done with my silly little adulting bits.

Honestly the vets make it look so easy don't they! Watching em give Trixie a pill and I'm like 'what? you didn't even need to bribe her!' 😂 Do you have one of those lil pill administerer dealies?

One day of meds and my ginger boy is so much better @Jynx  he had been hiding under my bed the last few days, but got home from market to see him curled up on my bed where he usually is. Was heaps happy to see him there. But getting a lot of scratches! Yeah we got one of them pill poppers, but don’t find it any easier than going in quick and down the back of the throat. 

hope you got to chill after all your adulting today. I didn’t get much of a rest, and am super tired tonight. Start of a busy week!

I’m just home from my schema group @Jynx  and I’m really not feeling ok. Feeling extremely heightened and agitated. I really struggled to focus on the drive home and I’m feeling a bit scared of impulsive decisions. 
I did call my SW once I got to my car, we talked briefly and then I was to call her once I got home. I had written out a text in my head of what I wanted to send to her once I got home, but she ended up calling me just before I got home, so it threw me off. I didn’t tell her everything I had planned.

@Bow sounds like a challenging day, hun! I am glad you're able to recognise that there's a risk of the impulsivity creeping in.

Can I ask what you mean about things you 'have planned'? Super worried about you hun!
