I changed my diet to pescatarian late last year so I still eat seafood. I aspire to a vegan diet one day. Baby steps for me. Hubby was vegan when I met him. He is also pescatarian now which makes meal planning a lot easier for me.

@Scoo  have you found any benefits from being on a pescatarian diet?

Yes I think so @greenpea  however I wasn't eating a lot of meat anyway. I need to avoid chickpeas though as my body seems to have a bad reaction to them. 
Do you miss cheese and eggs? They will be hard for me to give up.

i have kidney disease with only one kidney and diabetes so i have to cut down on protein, salt, sugar ,and other foods
